设施：有冰箱，每天都有新水提供，空调基本不用开，房间本身好暖和呀！
衞生：衞生不错，挺乾净的，下水道稍微有点味道
环境：挺好的，主要就在南锣鼓巷里，去哪里都很方便的！这点特别好
服务：很好呀，妹子都笑笑的~很温柔捏！
总之这次北京之旅是很开心的，住的方面没啥问题，地理位置很好的，房间不吵很安静！很舒心的一次体验

这次北京三天行，最正确的决定就是定了这家中式精品酒店！位置真的绝了，就在南锣鼓巷核心区域，出门就能逛衚衕、尝美食，却完全不吵，闹中取静的体验太加分，逛累了回酒店就能瞬间隔绝喧嚣，好好放松，店里外国友人很多～
每次回店，工作人员都热情又亲切，笑容特别有感染力，让人感觉像回到家一样温暖。最让我感动的是离店后，发现个人物品落在房间，正着急时就接到了酒店的联系电话，二话不説帮忙妥善保管并及时邮寄过来，全程贴心又高效，这份责任心真的太圈粉了！
酒店的中式设计细节满满，氛围感十足，住得舒服又有格调。无论是位置、服务还是居住体验，都挑不出毛病，下次来北京一定毫不犹豫再选这里，也真心推荐给来京旅行的朋友们

酒店就在鼓楼北口下车后走3分钟就到了！记得定位要在这里，不然打车就会走太远了！公共交通是南锣古巷地铁站E出口走11分钟。
酒店就真的在星巴克旁，很容易找到！离鼓楼、烟袋斜街和什刹海非常近，十分推荐！
家庭房是一张双人床+单人床，床有点软，但是空间很足够，十分舒适！花洒??的水很稳定！而家长最满意是免费的衣服送洗服务。惟一有点奇怪的是除了地下的房间，楼上的乘电梯后都要走大概五到六级的楼梯。
前台的服务员友善，态度亲切有礼！会説英文！每次见面都会打招呼！很开心在北京遇上你们！选对了酒店！

Everything is excellent, I skipped the typical 5 star hotels and chose to be here for the superb location, very friendly team there made me feels like home.
Comfy hotel bed and pillows, laifen powerful hair dryer, snacks, fresh fruits, bean to cup coffee and tea provided free. Not to mention the daily free clothes washing and drying provided free of charge.
I will definitely come back :)
