怎么讲呢，这是一家非常有历史的饭店，虽然喜来登已经摘牌，但是处处都有喜来登的痕迹，卫生间布草，办公用品，甚至垃圾桶被子什么的还都是喜来登的，加之客房都有重新翻修，硬件上甚至比最后两年的喜来登还好一点。然而，正如所有摘牌后的酒店一样，国际酒店集团的退出导致管理混乱，入住时的小伙子很专业也很有素养，感觉应该之前就在这里工作，退房时前台一片混乱，6个前台工作人员居然无法应付11个办入住和退房的客人，本人在前台等了27分钟才退房，期间各种与客人争执，接待入住客人也没有一句你好，6个人全程没有一个是有笑脸的。楼层服务员倒是挺好，见面都会打招呼。
