前台和工作人员基本没什么服务意识，态度不太好。酒店设施极为陈旧，根五星级酒店有一定差距。房间设施也很陈旧，浴室洗澡下不去水，房间里的冰箱上锁打不开，床头没插座，而且房间只有一个充电插座。这次因为地理位置离机场比较近彩选择这里，下次不会再住了。
