前台服务较差，效率很低！设备老化，第一次入住的房间空调坏了，然后换个房间，卫生间隔音超级差，电源插头很不方便，其他相对OK

结婚二十周年，和媳妇去北京怀旧，选择了这家怀旧的酒店，还是比较满意的。
优点：
1.位置太棒，距离机场近，旁边就有地铁站，很方便。
2.老牌五星级涉外酒店，硬件较老，但也够用。
3.房间较大，采光很好，床品也很舒服，毛巾干净，更换也及时。
4.早餐时很多老外，品种较多
不足：太老了，需要重新装修了，很多员工服务意识不行，早餐脏的餐具清理不够及时
