在西单不错的一家五星级酒店，离金融街购物中心非常近，但这家酒店价格比较高。交通便利，逛街购物，吃饭都非常方便。酒店服务非常好，房间很干净，前台服务不错，，卫生间的洗漱用品很好，下次还会去住这个酒店，希望价格能有优惠！

很糟糕！一根爱马仕皮带和一件体恤忘在房间，居然没人通知，过了两天发现丢了打两次电话都说没有？？？第三次找大堂经理查了说只找到皮带，衣服说没找到敷衍了事！这管理和态度？？非常无奈😡想问万豪集团，号称五星级，这是这样的档次和房价能做出来的是吗？过几天忙过了在安排全网爆料！

酒店的设施很陈旧，浴巾特别旧，房间里的沙发既然很脏，一看就是用了好多年了，还有两个皮椅子也快磨得掉颜色了，感觉特别差，丽思卡尔顿没想到是这样的，失望价位够贵，房间设备够差！
