酒店房间大,服务非常好，早餐好吃，空调很凉快，电动窗帘，有浴缸有淋浴，双台盆方便，床很舒服。我们住在19楼，视野开阔。泳池水也很干净。全五分！

带孩子来北京旅游，在丽思卡尔顿住了3晚，房间很大很舒适，空调全天开着，晚上一进房间就很舒服，下面的游泳池也很干净，人很少，体验很好。但是有一点不好，就是早餐，小孩他们是按照半价收取150元。但是早餐的品种不多，地方也不大，和丽思卡尔顿这种档次的酒店不搭配。

酒店地理位置很好 卫生方面做得很好 特别是11层的服务员 打扫得非常细致 服务态度也非常好！
唯一不好的体验就是前台办理入住效率太慢 几个人站在那里等了很久 其他服务都很好。

第二次住康莱德，酒店全是别墅私密安静，园林景观设计非常不错很热带岛屿风情。这次住四晚全海别墅，感觉中餐厅和西餐的饭菜水准跟三年前的差别很大，免费下午茶没了，每日免费洗衣也没了。早餐品种还是不太多。很喜欢康莱德坐着办入住退房手续的形式，不像传统酒店那样站在柜台前办理。特别点名表扬服务小哥哥周兴驰很热情可爱。
