前台很牛b,明明付了房费包含两份早餐，非要说入住一人，只给一张。问他要相关规定，推脱是商务部门订的，他们不知道。又说，他作为前台可以有权利做最终解释。现在都是店无论大小，都会欺客。前台服务人员，没有服务意识，培养的是吵架素养，和歪解制度能力。北京天天，果然添堵
