预定没有任何告知不退款的内容，刚刚预定一小时因飞机改签无法到达，酒店也不予退款，平台也没有任何解释，连入住都没入住，无端的扣掉住宿费用，投入告诉没有解决办法，我就想知道有没有人和我一样被坑过。
