地理位置优越，房间设施还好，朋友介绍这个酒店，说还可以。看了评价不错就选了。整体环境还算干净 大厅非常气派，房间也非常干净，就是卫生间有一点小，但是把我们的有一个普通标准间升级为豪华标准间，豪华标准间还可以。酒店周围的环境很好，很适宜居住。 单人房间较小，价格比较实北京万寿宾馆停车方便，但不是免费停车，虽然收费不是很多，我觉得对住宿的客人不应该收费。宾馆24小时有热水。

预定没有任何告知不退款的内容，刚刚预定一小时因飞机改签无法到达，酒店也不予退款，平台也没有任何解释，连入住都没入住，无端的扣掉住宿费用，投入告诉没有解决办法，我就想知道有没有人和我一样被坑过。
