不让上楼送餐可以理解，毕竟有关安全，但是酒店也不能提供给客人送餐还态度强硬，就是没人。也许因为送餐事件，跟前台借充电器直接说没有，看都不看一下，毕竟我开房的时候特意问过有充电器，两个小时左右时间就没有了？而且我是下午去的，不会告诉我满房了都被借走了吧？顺便提一句，我下楼取餐时跟前台借个皮筋，都说了随便什么样的都可以，也直接告诉我没有，找都不带找的，你们偌大个酒店没有个橡皮筋？态度强横，真是受够了。不过理智评价，酒店还可以，装修风格还是挺喜欢，也很安静。希望你们的服务真的不要让住客心伤，毕竟我是不太能接受这个服务态度。
