从前台服务到办理入住房间，服务极差，本来是33平豪华标间，成了两张床靠在一起的小破房。开的是9层房间给发8层的电梯卡。早上洗完澡从卫生间渗水到床边。设施差，服务差，一次就够！

大床房宽敞，设施齐全，服务员服务态度好，酒店离十里河地铁不到10分钟路程。不足是房间灯光较暗，空调暖气不太热，凌晨有点冷。好在服务员又给加了床被子。
