五星级的环境、三星级的服务、一星级的管理：酒店很气派。大堂和公共区域很豪华，就是客房总是缺这少那的，而且在客房总是打不通总台电话，也打不通客房服务的电话，需要什么东西，只能跑到走廊上去叫服务员，服务员倒是有求必应，总体就感觉不像温德姆酒店的水准！

送孩子上大学去，选了又选，最后选了这个酒店。五环外六环内，因为地方大，所以环境特别好。九点晚上在喷泉广场有烧烤，二楼有饭店，院内特别大，免费停车，大概看了一下，能停二三百辆车吧。吃完饭可以夜跑，遛弯，慢走，恬静而舒畅。空气特别好。酒店门口虽然是京藏高速，不要，担心这个，因为房间离大门口特别远，所以晚上很安静。有公交，地铁大概走10分左右。很方便。特别满意！如果说走一点瑕疵的话，那就是早餐，去过很多酒店，双床房你就应该带2人早餐，要不就无早餐，四个人，两间房，两个早餐券，哪怕你加到房费里。158的早餐说实话，bu zhi！??入住龙城温德姆，总体来说还是相当不错的选择！！！

淋浴间下水道完全堵塞，退房时候忘记还一个房卡了，也没提示一下，后来直接多扣了三十元，也不电话提醒一下，还回去不就行了吗？差评！
