酒店装修凸显欧式，是我喜欢的风格，环境超级安静自觉舒适可带自愈功能，哈哈，一个人出游周边有长城，十三陵颐和园香山等都不远，让我有兴趣出游又乐意这么待着，一住就是好几天。服务不错，有一种住家的感觉，下次有机会一定再来

温德姆一直是我比较喜欢的酒店，但这次入住感觉有些堵心，服务我没给满分，不怪客房，客房的服务很好，而是前台让我不满意，首先办理入住很慢，这么多窗口，偏偏3个服务员挤在一堆，一个一个办，速度太慢！其次退房时开发票，没人跟我排队，就我一个人，一张发票却硬生生耽误我20分钟，这是什么效率？我起个大早，把我行程都打乱了！
