酒店硬件设施比较好，在一个小巷子里，但是出来200米就有很多吃饭的地方，还有小商店，买东西还算比较方便。离地铁2号线东直门站、机场快线公交站点步行大概8分钟，如果没有行李还比较方便，但是我那天的行李很多，走过去还是比较吃力的。总的来说满意。酒店的总台服务员、门卫小师傅都很好，说话客气。
