由于飞机晚了5个多小時，早上5点才到酒店。可是正遇到一批退房的旅客，前台只有一人在服務，所以让我们等了許久才能入住。服務人員缺乏，並且沒有考慮到入住客人被困在机場整個晚上的困乏心情，𨚫让排在我們後面的退房客人先查房退房。总之，服務不够专业，缺乏先來后道之规則。

床很宽，睡两个人都没问题，酒店迎宾和前台服务都很好，自己买了西瓜回酒店吃，借水果刀，前台说利器都不能借，可以让餐厅帮忙免费服务，总之住的很愉快

酒店设施差前台服务态度差艺龙上订房间给的都是最差的房间，大家慎选，吃的饭菜根本不能吃，入住体验差到极点，对门煞，这样的房间，设施不安全，孩子的脚划伤
