酒店床睡的不舒服，酒店设施老旧，我们没太睡好，就是离动物园很近，吃饭一直在酒店吃的，但是服务不好，上菜特别慢

什么破五星，前台服务胖女人态度那么差，前面等了四五十号人，其实就是交个房卡的事，押金可以自动退，发票找艺龙开。那个胖女人死活说其他柜台办其他柜台办其他柜台办，我只管入住。就一个甩房卡的事，她什么都不听话：我不管，我不管，我不管。收个房卡那么难吗？！房间也极其陈旧，价格摆在那里了，没什么好挑的。但这两耳不仔细听的毛病，不如找个机器人：小度小度，快来替换他吧。

孩子非常喜欢的酒店，每次来北京玩都住这里，去动物园、天文馆非常近。酒店房间很好，设施稍有点旧，但很温馨，还给小朋友准备了小拖鞋，非常赞！
