总体来讲还是不错！服务各方面比较到位！刚到宾馆，门口迎宾会主动帮忙拿行李！有种宾至如归的感觉！一开始住的房间房门不行，立即给升了级！不过有个小小建议酒店在卫生间通风口实在需要加强住了2晚，衣服啥的还是湿漉漉的！其余均给满分！下次来北京还会选择！

出行前看了很多评价，对这种老牌星级酒店本来就没报太大希望，看中了位置，动物园，天文馆和古动物馆都在附近，步行可到。而入住后发现，果然不可恭维，硬件还好，基本和想象中差不多，除了房间太潮，卫生间门关不上，花洒水冲，基本还好。至于软件，简直让我惊掉下巴。前台一位美女办理入住时直接甩白眼，并且从我手里拿卡时接近于“夺”这个动作，原因只是因为我提出要加钱从双床换成大床，这个要求有这么不合理么？总之这操作简直刷新我的想象。其他的服务人员其实都很不错，客房服务基本态度很好的满足。写这些评价，并不是为了引起酒店重视，因为很明显他们根本不在乎。写这些是为了看评价的你，真要入住，要做好心理准备。
