A great island retreat near Yanqi River. The my helped us coordinate a tour and gave us the cutest parting gift. Very relaxing, except for housekeeping who knocks even if the Do Not Disturb sign is on. The food is really good but buy the cake in the lobby it's 1/2 the price and the same as on room service.

怀柔作为会都后基本没来了 。这次趁淡季体验一下高级酒店 确实完美体验了“高级”。环境优雅，服务员态度亲切。设施虽然不算先进（马桶不是智能）但是还行够用 。特别是房间空间，敞亮，空调给力住着舒服。早餐中西冷热餐品齐全，甜点是凯宾斯基亮点，很赞。还有中餐厅的菜品要表扬一下，非常在线。首先餐具是热的，咸肉纸片笋汤菜的汤肯定是高汤，味道鲜美；滑蛋虾仁，不腥，还能吃出土鸡蛋的香味。值得推荐。

住店才能进岛。岛内绿化非常好，景色非常美，酒店环境一级棒，房间很高，感觉很好。雁栖塔无论白天还是晚上都很漂亮，是打卡的好地方。

酒店环境很好，出入酒店所在的区域是需要提供预订讯息的（酒店预订成功或用餐预约讯息）入住后如需出入可以提前报备前台，否则每次出入景区的大门（该区域和城市道路之间）都需要提供预约讯息。
我们是周中出行，人不是很多，入住的客房小姐姐给做了房间升级，主楼亲子家庭房（房间可详见预订房间的照片，无任何差别）。
泳池是 1.2-1.6 深的 25 米池，因为是周中所以孩子不是很多，每次来游都是四五个成人，真正健身游圈那种。
早餐种类并不是很多，周末人多的话可能种类会更多，但最基本的都在，足够吃，当然还是定带餐的房间更划算，单独付费早餐偏贵。

房间大宽敞舒适，设施新，服务不错提前询问客人使用哪种枕头，自助餐品种类不多，味道一般，有待提高，酒店环境没得説，赠送旅拍不错，还参观了国际会议中心
