非常满意的一次入住体验，首先住这里很有安全感，环境优美，地理位置得天独厚 ，酒店服务人员服务非常周到，早餐也很不错。这里特此感谢大堂赵丽蓉小姐姐和5号别墅接待我们的小哥哥，他们热心.耐心，帮带孩子的我解决很多麻烦，非常感谢！下次还住这里👍

房间景致完美，虽然需要多等一些时间办理入住，因为疫情期间需要各种消毒。在房间内能看到雁栖湖夜景灯光秀，是北京湖畔酒店的天花板。服务热情周到，给经理Luna Lu点赞。

入住后发生了点小插曲，没有无线网、浴室堵了。还好，经过与酒店沟通及时换了房间。总体还是不错的，服务很好，设施一流。

非常惊喜的入住，小黄鸭房间孩子非常喜欢，进入房间就是非常宽阔的湖景，卧室还有小帐篷。因为给老人预定了普通的房间跟亲子房不在一起，前台的小姐姐也都帮忙积极解决了。酒店风景非常优美，泳池也很棒，孩子很喜欢，，小姐姐Ariel 非常细心，帮助我们解决了各种问题。

这里太棒了，完全是我的心头好呀，给大家疯狂安利，尤其是寝具特别好～像睡在云朵里一样，两个睡眠习惯完全不同的人可以在这里达成共识！想内购这套寝具 (*≧▽≦)
