第二次入住了，因为公司和主要客户在这附近，不得已第二次选择此酒店，因为看错时间定错了日期，但是总入住天数不变的情况下，酒店前台直接拒绝更改入住日期，没有一丝一毫可商量的余地！对于这种用已经产生费用，是代理商预定房间，房费已经预付等作为拒绝理由都是毫无职责素养的表现，你们只图收到钱就万事大！我只想说你还是回山里吧，经营你自己那一亩三分地，毕竟对着土地你想怎么挖就怎么挖！虽然你们只是一个四星级酒店，但是你难道不想知道通往五星甚至奢华五星级酒店的职业道路应该是怎样的职业操守吗？
