设施可能不像四星级的感觉，但是酒店服务员的态度以及工作热情还是不错的，先前看各种点评，好多都说北京服务行业的工作人员素质一般，态度差，比较高傲。但是我去了感受了，发现燕山大酒店的服务员都很热情，态度也好。下回去北京还是会选择这里的。

出行方便，周边环境很好，饭店也多，有超市，购物也方便，双安和当代商场就在附近，总之一句话，非常不错。只是前台有一个小姐姐不怎么开笑脸，改进一下就更好了😊
