12点准时必须准时退房，早饭8点半前就没了，前台服务不冷不热，还好房间比较干净，客房服务人员还可以，石化下属，不求宾至如归，性价比一般，南楼说在洗地毯，北楼三层，爬上去的，带着孩子和行李很麻烦！
