前台给留了安静的房间，感谢；但是入住的时候发现枕头上面全是头发，显然没换过，联系前台后又换了新的被单枕套，做卫生的值班大姐也证实确实没打扫，就想知道卫生怎么可以糊弄呢？就算假期忙也不是可以蒙混过关的理由。
