信用卡刷的2000押金已经三周了还没有退还， 打电话去前台连房间号都不问我， 直接说这个钱是退了的， 你们应该有通话记录的吧， 我一直要求她查， 持续被她拒绝， 后来我问她我有没有查的权利才跟我说去查，但是同时申明这个是财务跟银行的事情， 让我去问财务银行。。。 无语了。。 还跟我说跟我说跟我解释不清楚。。。。北京接线员 12：30多打的电话（55555位数的那个） 我觉得我一开始问的时候是客气的， 我也不是帮自己要钱， 而且银行账户信息没有到没有到。。 这种事情都是有证据的。。三周不说，， 连查都那么困难。。 还这样跟我说，怎么就解释不清楚了， 是我理解能力有问题， 还是你们五星级前台的表达能有问题
其实酒店住的是很好的， 其他五星， 不过服务只能打一星了
