环境舒适，卫生又干净，我带宝宝和父母来北京玩，住了一间家庭房，真的出乎意料的好，房间干净，设施方便，因为北京降温又带着宝宝，就怕公寓式酒店的空调不好用，结果，太温暖啦！前台小姐姐人也很好，尽可能的帮助我们给出游玩建议，因为后期还要来北京办事，所以铂郡公寓酒店以后就是我们常住酒店了，很好很好！物超所值！

离太古里很近，走五分钟小路有点黑；前台和酒店不在一起，领过去电梯坏了爬上三楼的；大床房给升了家庭房三张床；厕所有点异味；浴巾上有大块黄色污渍，希望加强卫生。

在这已经住过好几天了，感觉相当不错，在闹市区的位置，房间内却是非常的安静，楼道安全监控无死角，电梯可以直达地下停车场，停车收费是按照家庭小区的标准，很便宜，在这个地段能那么方便停车的酒店是非常难得～！客房部的大姐非常的专业，服务意识很强，工作效率也很高，为她们点个赞～！我的爸妈也很喜欢住在这里，下次还会光顾的～！
