有好有坏。就是既成的房间出租，隐私性高。家具几乎都有。不适合需要客房服务等的人士。打扫也是得自己电话联系才会来打扫。需要注意家电电力跳闸，半夜来个跳闸，一片黑暗。离地铁有些距离，位置好坏请自己判断。
