住了几次，位置不错，设施齐全，但这一次是服务态度最不好的一次。同时，卫生状况不好，床单被套好像没有一客一换，房间的开水壶很脏。br 尤其是年三十前后，前台接待员的脸拉的老长，好像我欠她钱一样。而且我特意定的房间是20平方左右，给我的大概就是12平方的，跟她说了，毫无反应，一声不吭，也不做解释。要不是过年，拖家带口，不太方便，非要跟她理论。br 希望酒店加强员工培训和卫生管理，给客人安排房间不要“缺斤少两”。
