本溪最好的酒店，挂牌5星。但是服务只能够得上3星，服务没有跟国际接轨，退房时间倒是接轨了。原来一直下午2点退房，现在必须中午12点了。住了8天没给换拖鞋，房间卫生做的差强人意。游泳池写的晚10点关闭，9点就赶人了……没办法，就这么一个五星级酒店

服务水平极差！退房时间中午12:00！一再说明我们的具体困难，只给延长到12:30！就是霸王条款！仅从这一本溪最好的酒店的服务理念和观念上就不难理解为什么本溪的发展如此之慢！不难理解为什么本溪与其它同等城市相比越来差距越大！这样的家乡，谁还敢让后代生活在这里？

本溪唯一的准五星酒店，绝对是我住过的国内外四星以上酒店中服务最差的，甚至没有之一！连续住8天，如果不主动要求，多少天都不给更换床品。不主动要的话，一次性拖鞋五天不更换。浴衣用过了也不换不洗，甚至不叠挂！擦鞋布用掉了，也从不补充！游泳馆的服务就更差！馆内环境温度很低，难以适应，标明7:00—22:00开放，可当20:00进去时，由于游泳的人较少大概有5—6人，服务员百般阻挠，就想让你主动放弃，在我们的再三坚持下，才进去游泳，到21:00时，馆内还剩四个人游泳，服务员就告诉要清场了，而且开始投药维护！真令人无语！早餐几乎每天都是一样，很枯燥！
