在本溪富虹酒店级别确实是最高的，酒店的管理相比其他档次有高于之处，但在具体的地方还有不足，毕戴着五星酒店的头衔，酒店的晚间夜闯服务不是喜欢，有欠缺，晚间离开房间出去溜达，回来后竟发现房间内东西有动过的痕迹，诸如铺地垫，洗衣袋拿出来放床上，浴袍挂门边等这类项目纯属多余，没到收拾房间时间进客人房间，而且是客人没在屋，让客人回来后感觉很不舒服。
其中的夜床服务项目完全可以变通调整，这种行为让客人讨厌。其他还可以。
