前台服务员服务之差，客人问话爱答不答，第二天结账的更夸张，就问问担保金是不是退完房就反了，理都不理，手机边看电视边给我办理的退房，手表忘房间，她很不客气的说叫我各人自己上楼去拿，服务员没空，这是神服务啊，五星级都不及你们666，我从来不黑任何人，打工的都不容易，酒店领导不信可以调监控看，5月1号天早上十点前

超级差，洗澡一半没水了，来了维修的水压不够，而且抽风机是坏的，打电话过去说抽风机修不好了，洗澡15分钟能闷死在里面，投诉也没用。
