我8月26号中午订的酒店，款已付清。27号去，说的没有收到。截图几张给看都不行，要我传真给她。妈啊！我就在前台给截图都不行还要传真，现在什么年代了！后来要我和携程网沟通，亲自给她电话，我用了半天时间才让携程网给了她电话，才住进去。所以我当时给携程提的建议：取消和这家酒店的合作协议，因为前台的人不懂网络购买，容易闹矛盾。我金牌客户去受屈，有点不舒服

酒店环境不错，而且是新建的。据说是那里最好的酒店。在老城里。周边有超市，吃的也方便，还可以停车，建议入住。

在纳雍算是很好的酒店了，虽然开业了一年多但是还是有些味道，可能是因为房间窗户的设计吧，不通风。楼下就是超市有很多小吃，早餐也很不错，唯独前台服务差些

服务一星给前台的某位小姐，业务水平太低，让她开两天的发票，看都不看记录就说只住一天没法开两天发票。房卡找她做了两次都开不开房门。说话态度蛮横。
