酒店是新开张，设施还好！
前台服务人员不够，办理入住等待差不多40分钟，前面开发票就开了30分钟，不明白原因！
半夜离店前台没有人，只好把房卡放回房间，结果工作人员检查退房说是找不到房卡（因为不想浪费电费把房卡放在电水壶旁）！
退房电话退房又说没有我的联系方式，所以没有能联系到我，拜托工作人员细心点，或是培训不到位？
终于可以退款了，电话说要三天退款，很搞笑的理由，就是要三天因为是网络定的，可钱是你酒店收到了，关网若啥事？
