晚上找宿舍房卡找不到就去酒店凑合一晚，排队好久开了房发现是另一个刚开业酒店的房有味道就换了个更贵的套房，服务员有些不耐烦的给换了。后来在刷完卡后发现宿舍房卡在钱包里，提出能不能不住了，服务员说已经开了不能不住。其实这是借口！办理撤销又不是不可以这个酒店我就曾入驻新开放的房间换了两间房都有味道给我退了房。服务员态度也差后来就干脆不搭理我。我也一气之下就直接回宿舍住，第二天拖到两点去退房，心想钱花了房间要去看一眼，还是昨天的服务员说上去超时要收60块，我说上去拿东西马上下来，服务员各种叽歪，我上去把冰箱里免费吃的拿了，床什么的都没碰一下。服务态度真心的差！

酒店前台永远排满了人，办个入驻与退房没有二十分钟根本轮不到。前台服务员态度一般，电梯太少楼层太高，等电梯要好久，早晨下楼吃饭等电梯简直了，经常满载上不去。
