先看硬件：1、卫生间有污垢。2、房间墙面贴的墙纸开裂。3、房间灯竟然不亮。4、地毯没见过这么脏的。再看软：1、服务员态度不好，让她安排一个没烟味的，告诉我说她也不知上一个客人是否抽烟，要看我运气了；希望安排安静一点的，告诉我现在都很安静，住进发现安排靠近站前大道的三岔路口的，汽车的喇叭声和火车气笛声交织一起。
