酒店前台业务不熟，办理手续费时，房间押金过高，一个房间一张房卡300元。入住时，发现一间房间有味道，与前台沟通及时换了房。在酒店期间因不慎丢失火车票，房客捡到交给前台，酒店人员通过住宿登记信息，打电话找到了我，亲自交还给我；我哥早上离店时竟将现金放在枕头底下忘了拿，到了下午才想起来，与酒店沟通，竟然在洗衣房床单包裹内找着，415元一点不差能找回并及时归还。我不由得为酒店的服务信誉点赞👍！酒店位置优越，就在火车站对面，环境卫生好，酒店人员服务信誉高，值得推荐！
