老牌的四星级酒店，房间装饰陈旧，没有广告说的25-30平方，本来总体感觉不错的，可是最后退房时，我们一人出来办理退房手续，另一个在洗手间，把行李箱漏拿了，办手续时前台也没有提醒，等我们会和才发现，然后让他们帮忙刷卡进电梯和陪同上9楼拿回行李，说有人在上面等着了，等我急匆匆上到去，房门禁闭，整个楼层走了一遍也没看到酒店工作人员，大声叫喊服务员也没有一人回应。。。四星级酒店怎么来的？
酒店在江边，属于市区，酒店出来三两分钟就有很多食肆，我们去了家名小财神店，江西菜，正。
