酒店设施还行，干净整洁，下午有水果，自助早餐丰盛好吃，在艺龙上订的房间，酒店给的是最偏的一间有点吵，酒店服务完全达不到四星标准，前台服务一般，并不热情，由于脚受伤了找前台要创口贴，前台让我找商务中心，商务中心又说她们没有，这么大一个酒店连一个创口贴都没有？！而且酒店的服务人员很多都像是新来的，问什么什么都不知道，酒店的饮食口味更偏西式，中餐味道不加且送客房要加菜品价格总额乘以15％的服务费，大概就是这样，光睡觉还好，自助早餐味道不错不过要起早，别的服务感觉就不怎么样了，对了，因为是南方城市所以被子是湿湿的。
