我真的是醉了，一次不如一次了，我们是晚上十二点多住的，第二天去续费刷房卡结果前台说不用续费，我们到明天中午才到退房时间，结果上去房卡就打不开门又跑下去一趟刷房卡，这个就不说了，我们回去那会都四点多了，一进去房间没打扫，房子不打扫你把东西补齐啊，我想的可能还没打扫到我们房间，结果我们下午出去吃饭回来晚上十二点了一进房间还是那样没打扫，洗漱东西一样没补，第二天早上问服务员要牙刷顺便说了一下房子没打扫东西没补，那服务员态度极差特厉害的说人家没给你补我有啥办法，下去结账的时候不也是扣了两天房费么，我们掏了两天的钱，早餐票只给了一天的，房间只打扫了一次，东西补了一次，你凭什么收我两天房费，还四星级的那，房子里连吹风机都没有，就你这服务员的态度，服务的水平，二星级达到没有，我在携程上订了这么多酒店了，这次我真的无语了，没有人家四星级的水平就把服务搞好啊，住的都快气死了
