我已经是多次在这住了，酒店的服务、卫生不得说，有些地方需要改进。无线网络信号很差；信用卡不能预授权支付，理由是开户行是邮政银行，实际上是不想给顾客办理。很好的一家酒店，没有跟上时代的步伐……

在奇台算是条件很好的一家宾馆。安静卫生设施完善。酒店前台服务有待改善，一副皇帝女儿不愁嫁的姿态，几番联系才将携程订的酒店确定入住，旅游的好心情大打折扣。
