进门还准备了水果和酸奶，感觉特别亲切，我们之前打个电话酒店特意留了房间，并且提前开了空气净化器，酒店的设施都是特别新的，总之各个方面都特别满意。

客观的说，硬件设备是下了不少成本，但是想成为星级酒店，只在硬件上砸钱是远远不够的，管理方面的能力和经验还是差距比较大，入住几次，碰到了几个情况，第一次早上七点隔壁房间开始修地板，叮叮当当的砸，我当时都懵了，因为是什么情况，居然没人告诉他早上客人要休息吗？第二次，早上七点半六楼装修开始打电锤，我住在十层以上都听到了，可想而知楼下的住客什么感觉，这么基本的东西都要教吗？我一年一百多天住酒店，住遍全世界各种酒店，敢说自己见多识广，就这点细节，太能反应问题了，确实也就值这么多钱。
