带着孩子选了家五星级酒店，但这是五星级酒店吗？空调被酒店设定在28°，在房间里调到15°都不制冷，只有呜呜呜的出风声音。半夜三点热醒了，打电话到前台，前台告知酒店空调是统一设定的，住户不能调节温度。我KAO，这么奇葩？！前台说可以通知维修部来处理，没想到师傅竟然扛着梯子来了。先在遥控器上一顿乱按，毫无章法，然后竟然要架梯子揭开天花板维修！！！半夜三四点钟，这么大的动作，还不知道能不能修好，还怎么让孩子睡觉？？？果断拒绝。枉我走南闯北这么多年，住了好多酒店，第一次遇到这么不靠谱的五星级，连空调都舍不得开放给住客。而且从前台到维修师傅的处理方法都不能让我接受，让我们继续还住在这样的房间忍受！！！从来不差评的我，此次必须给差评！！！
