非常好的体验，老牌5星级酒店绝对不会让人失望。特别是前台的张倩给我留下了很深的印象，服务周到细致入微，思维敏捷善解人意，专业的服务、耐心的解答，更难可贵的还是个美女小姐姐！

香格里拉还是相当不错的，服务一流，订了四间房，房间内也是相当温馨，入住的大床房还有迎接水果，早餐品种丰富，烹饪口味也是可以的有五星的品质，停车方便，办理退房也是相当快捷，不错的一次体验，下次出差接着住这。

酒店环境很好，地理位置一流，吃饭购物都很方便，送了水果，服务贴心到位，下次还会选择香格里拉酒店。建议增加停车引导人员，免得找不着车位。

很棒啊，贴心的问候信、迎宾水果，地段绝佳，旁边居然就是卓展购物中心，奢华啊，我从重庆来长春重庆路住，完美！就是早上让服务员敲门问有没有衣服需要洗有点尴尬呢……

疫情期间明显感觉入住的人大不如前，酒店入口也有登记、测体温的检测人员，真心感谢为大家服务的人，虽然住的人不多，但是酒店人员服务态度一点儿也没减，退房的时候提醒我别忘记带东西，前台刘黎黎和郑琪琪（都是ABB的名字哈哈??）叮嘱我疫情期间一定要带口罩，态度很好，点赞??哈哈??
