酒店位置不错，周边环境很好，安静空气好，作为五星酒店服务真的是太差了，开房的时候跟前台说要楼层高一点的，前台看都不看一眼就告诉没有，给了二楼的房间，窗外只能看到房顶，到了房间保险柜、冰箱、马桶都不好用，致电客服后果断给换了四楼同样的房间，我真想问问客服不是说没有房间了吗？难道你们酒店好的房间不给先到的客人而是留到最后的吗？真是不可思议
