🧹卫生：还行，挺干净的，打扫卫生的阿姨很热情，我比较喜欢万达文华的洗护用品，多要了两个，也给我了
🍃环境：装修比长沙万达文华要高级一点，大厅和客房装修得没那么暴发户
🔔服务：一般般，早上醒来发现洗漱池下面都是水，给前台打电话只有维修工作人员来修了，客房经理都没来🤷🏻♀️

位置优越, 在繁华的红旗街商圈，隔壁这有山对面万达广场和长影旧址博物馆. 酒店很新硬件设施符合国际连锁五星定位. 泳池不错, 水温水质过关, 更衣室卫生很好配套设施齐全，服务也热情周到。早餐还好, 有面档但煎鸡蛋松饼之类都是提前做好, 感觉稍差, 甜点也有些干硬.前台客房服务不错, 基本有求必应效率挺高. 一处小败笔是, minibar刚入住时居然是被锁住的. 这还是我这些年住国际五星第一次享受到的“特别待遇”.
