酒店位置及环境不错；但是房间结构有些不舒适，窗户小被分成两块，对着对面的楼距离太近很压抑，窗外就是空调出风口晚上有噪音，不应该是一个五星酒店出现的问题；服务整体也可以，入住有送水果和大堂酒廊啤酒畅饮。

酒店的设施设备很完善，而且酒店的服务很好👌，很喜欢这里的风格，大堂吧还有歌手唱歌，回来时间比较晚，客服的孙可心小姐服务很到位，还主动帮我多拿了两瓶水

第一次住这里，房间很干净，酒店服务很不错，喜欢睡硬一点的床，宾客服务部姓周的员工帮我换了硬床垫和荞麦皮枕头，很感谢！

酒店位置非常好 离吉大南校非常的近 吃什么的也是很方便的 入住时前台的美女杜妍妍 杨柳服务态度极好 由于是从杭州过来出差 气候不太适应 前台美女提前通知开了加湿器并且送了一碗红枣银耳羹 十分感谢 墙裂推荐
