不得不说服务很好????????停车也很方便，但是这象征性的五星酒店只有两瓶冰露...没有free的软饮也就算了咱矿泉水最起码也得高端点吧！该有的洗漱用品也不全！

在长春市高新区距离市区很远交通很不方便但距离朋友住的地方较近，在朋友的要求下订了这家酒店，酒店知名度就不用说了，从实际入住体验来看还行吧，但价格也应该是长春市最高的了包括与另外一家喜来登酒店相比，与这些年入住过的同档次甚至低点档次的酒店对比感觉服务差了点，电梯只有三部少了点，而且居然不提供很多同档次的酒店甚至低点档次酒店都提供的一次性剃须刀。其他的还好吧。

服务员赵进秀大姐服务非常细心呐，有小朋友入住，体贴的多放了浴巾方巾，多放了水，尤其是整理充电器时还用可爱的绕线器扎上了，感谢服务，加油，棒棒的。

很适合带孩子，周边配套比较少。酒店环境很好，泳池人少干净。美中不足晚餐自助餐牛排有点看人下菜碟，外国友人就主动后切，国人都是薄切一层。作为东北服务业就那么回事，肯定高于普通地方，但是如果要和一线城市的五星酒店相比较还是有不小差距。加油吧...已经很优秀了...

整体感觉配得上星级服务标准，疫情期间进门量体温还看到有客房服务员在消毒很安心。工作人员都很好，给我办入住的julia小姑娘热情效率高，还给我推荐了附近好吃的饭店，是一次愉快的入住体验，不错！

环境非常好，服务也很快，而且现在是特殊时期，前台的服务员很负责地进行温度测量以及信息填报，入住后还有服务人员来分发长春市主要医院的信息，做得很到位。

酒店位置不错，就在开发区枢纽处，四通八达，办事很方便；硬件设施很好，晚上的自助餐也不错，24小时健身房好评，大部分服务员都热情友善，个别岗位服务态度与用语有待提高。
