服务热情友善，打电话过去确认房间大堂的一个大男生因为当天停电，晚上又给我打电话回复，因为行程改变住了一晚，把耳环丢到房间忘记拿了，打扫的大姐帮着收起来，大堂的戴眼镜的美女打电话告知我，在外地的我感觉酒店的服务生都好有爱，贴心。因为在体院里面的酒店很安静舒适

投诉一下2月26日晚上10点值班的小伙子，因为入住晚早上走的早，入住的时候要求先把发票开出来，无数个借口推辞，说早上七点没人退房，非常快，今天6点40下楼退房退到7点，发票开不出来，排队的人坐满了沙发。早上时间何其宝贵，牺牲睡眠换来的是在前台罚站！
