总体满意，提几点建议：一是装修味道太大，大到睡觉呼吸困难，建议尽快采取除味措施；二是洗手间没有应急电话和电视音响；三是设置USB充电口会更好。另外，前台静怡态度好、办事效率很高。

第一次住 开元连锁酒店 2018年新开业，感觉是商务型酒店。酒店内见到的多为 年轻的“白骨精”。酒店客房到大堂，装修布局时尚清新，感觉一尘不染。酒店电梯可从地下车库直达客房，对于我们大包小包特别多的家庭住户方便多了，临时预订这家酒店，正赶上酒店有团，豪华大床房只剩一间。入住后发现空调不制冷，免费升级套房。酒店位于新开发区域，周边正在建设中，对于亲子游来说位置不是很好。酒店硬件设施有待补充和完善，之前住的豪华大床房内只有一个椅子，卫生间内淋浴部分没有横档，哪怕拉一个 帘子也会好些。新酒店软件硬件都有待磨合。毕竟成熟的五星连锁，两日送水果，客房打扫回访，地库迎送宾客等服务 都有。可惜泳池装修中 ，未开放。自助早餐和晚餐都不错，餐品种类新鲜度都可以。客房及餐饮价格在五星酒店里都是偏低的，性价比高。

这么晚来到酒店，前台依旧热情。前台仲文旭这么晚服务态度还依旧很好，让我很惊讶。装修也很不错。主要是仲文旭对我的态度让我很舒服。
