应该在全国也是非常好的温泉度假酒店了，必须保持质量并大力宣传啊！客房硬件与天津丽思卡尔顿和杭州JW万豪相当，而比那两个更新。房间配有空气净化器和加湿器，效果不错。
服务方面，类似海底捞那种亲切和体贴。客房服务员看到孩子在吃药特意给留下蜂蜜和八宝茶，并送了公仔。星期六晚间还有壮观的焰火表演。
温泉里很干净，是真正的温泉水，有“洗凝脂”的感觉，泡后皮肤好。整个温泉很大很豪华，比长隆水世界管理好，也比常州恐龙城温泉大方。服务人员不停地四处端茶送水给池里的人喝，预防脱水。自助餐本来期望不高，结果食材很好也很满意。
不足之处是：温泉里的音响系统应该做得细致些，现在的中央广播很容易因为回声听不清楚，又容易吵。不如在各个地方安置小喇叭，分散广播。或者改善整体的吸音效果。第二、温泉酒店地处远郊，应该安排班车，适当收费也可，更方便非本地的游客。

酒店服务一流，送水果拼盘，虽然只有两种水果，早餐非常丰富，午餐，晚餐价格也不是很贵，量也比较多！温泉还不错，汗蒸的比较多花样！只是温泉里如果喝的可以多点就更好了！还有酒店前台💁都很漂亮，服务也很好！
