本来对酒店的环境以及配套设施非常满意来着，结果早晨开始就来状况了。先是门锁有故障，只能在外面开，从里面根本开不开门，如遇火灾等突发事件我估计就完蛋了。服务员也是通知后十分钟才到位给开的，而且对这问题也是束手无策！随后，没解决到门锁问题，先下楼吃的早餐。结果又出状况了，吃的菜里发现了头发丝，把我整的很无语。餐厅的负责人态度很好，还赔礼道歉，赠送了精美蛋糕一份，算是把我的怒火缓和了一下。等最后，我退房的时候，跟前台说了门锁出现的问题，说了给我们这种顾客带来的危险性，结果人家轻轻一句不好意思，结果还笑着我危言耸听，我真的很无语，这是一个五星级酒店该有的态度吗？
