酒店工作人员看来非常重视网上评价，我刚刚入住，前台接待就迫不及待要我给酒店5分好评，进房间后又有这10层的管家敲门要给他们酒店好评，还没有体验，就要求先评价。
我第一次入住这家酒店，之前也是因为网上评价很高才选择这家酒店的。可真正住进来体验，网上的一些评价就很有水分。
早餐非常一般，煮个面条，就给个光面，明明旁边就有绿叶蔬菜，木耳；不主动问客人需不需要；又不是自助式的，让客人选好所有食材，由工作人员煮。没有煎好的鸡蛋，需要找工作人员现做，可工作人员不在自己的岗位，去煮面或煎蛋。餐厅服务人员非常少。
398的房费入住的没有窗户的经济房，台盆的五金配件质量太差了，下水器坏了也没有人修。酒店硬件配置还不错，可软件方面还需要改进，高档酒店不是只是硬件配置的高档；性价比太低。
卫生间里淋浴房玻璃移门坏了，也不修。洗澡用的凉鞋也没有提供。
